How to jump?

I am not an instructor of physiology. Then, why I am talking about this issue? Let's read it.

In our society, some people become bore with usual day life activity. They want to change their occupation/job field or discover new things or achieve their day dream! They don’t believe on fate; rather want to create their own destiny. However, it is easy to think, hard to achieve. They need to cross gap between the old and new platform, and move into an entirely new stage. Therefore, jumping is the best solution to reach at their path.

To start your jump, at first go back from your destination point. Yes, it is the first condition of jumping. People may laugh at you, but don’t bother to them. Just ignore them.

Now, you need to practice to run firstly, because the kinetic energy will bolster you to jump at the top height against the gravity. At the same time, you need a healthy diet to get enough energy. Running is not an easy task. At present, if you look at the scenario figuratively in our practical life, you will hone your skill through practice. There will be no one to compare with you in your field. You may not be a leader, but try to be an expert. This painstaking skill will keep you in a high position against all critics.

There is another important issue in jumping. The place, from where you will start your jump, must be hard enough to bear your weight and force. If there is any crack then you will fall. Therefore, you must examine the place and choose a perfect time to begin your journey at the aim.

Take a great breathe; focus on your target, run with high speed …. … … …. and JUMP.
